IMan Software
IMan Overview
IMan is a data integration and process automation solution providing organisations a means to integrate business applications not limited to CRMs; eCommerce & Marketplaces such as Amazon & eBay; and expense processing solutions.
IMan is considered ‘on-premise’ software – IMan is installed on servers controlled by the owner or licensor of IMan.
IMan As a Data Processor
All data processed through IMan is processed on server on which IMan is installed, which in turn is controlled by the IMan owner or licensor. IMan does not use any Realisable servers or services to process data.
Realisable & Concur
Any client using IMan for integration with Concur will use an ‘on-premise’ copy of IMan. Consequently, all expense and invoice data is processed through servers controlled by yourselves.
Information That We Collect
Realisable Software Ltd may collect from-time-to-time personal information to meet our legal, statutory and contractual obligations, and to provide you with information on our products and services. We will never collect any unnecessary personal data from you and do not process your information in any way, other than as specified in this notice.

Transfers Outside the EU
Realisable Software Ltd utilise some products or services (or parts of them) that may be hosted/stored in United States, which means that we may transfer any information which is submitted by you through the website outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”) for the below purposes:
- Email Marketing Purposes hosted by Mailchimp
Therefore, when you submit an inquiry through our website or sign up to our newsletter the personal information you submit may be stored on servers which are hosted in United States.
Mailchimp are certified by the EU/Swiss Privacy Shield.
As part of this agreement all email marketing sent by ourselves provides you with the means to opt-out of further communications.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Realisable Software Ltd only ever retains personal information for as long as is necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations. We are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed.
