Issue

When attempting to process data into X3 the following error is generated and no data is created/updated.

The same function cannot be called twice!
NbErrors[0] NbWarnings[1] [warn] WS execution failed on first attempt. A second attempt has been processed to force the reload of the web service description

To remedy you will need to restart the SageEM (X3) Webservice Pool corresponding to the folder where the data is being inserted/updated.

Please note that you will need to be logged in as an Admin to perform the below tasks.

Resolution – SageEM V9 And Above

Go to the Administration Menu, Administration, the select the Classic SOAP pools configuration (in the Webservice Section).

Select the Pool corresponding to the folder IMan is pointing to i.e. the folder where the data is being inserted/updated.

From the context menu on the left hand side next to the record, select the Start/Update option (this is reset).

Once the Pool is reset, you must retry, replay the data being processed before the failure.

Resolution – SageEM V8 And Below

Open the SageX3 Admin Console.

Select the Web Servers option on the left hand menu.

Click the Webservices option on the top menu.

Select the Pool corresponding to the folder IMan is pointing to i.e. the folder where the data is being inserted/updated.

Click the Restart Icon to restart the server.

Once the Pool is reset, you must retry, replay the data being processed before the failure.
