What & Why
Microsoft are deprecating basic authentication for SMTP, POP3 and IMAP, requiring clients to authenticate using style OAuth 2.0 authentication.
Defer The Change
These changes were to be enforced by 30th September 2022, but Microsoft have deferred the enforcement to 31st December 2022.

Realisable & IMan
Realisable will be releasing (in the coming days as of 21st Aug 2022) a new version (v5.1) of IMan which will fully support OAuth authentication for SMTP and POP3 mailbox functionality.
We were to release this earlier, but delayed the release once we received notification about the Microsoft change.
You will be required to upgrade to the latest version. Due to the database and architectural changes we will not be back porting to prior versions.
In the meantime
To ensure that you can still use Office 365 with Basic authentication ensure that you follow the article link above.
