This would be much appreciated.
A related enhancement could be that the fields get re-ordered in subsequent transforms when they changed by the user.

Adding new fields has 2 disadvantages: having to go back to the first screen, click above the first field to add, and then the fact that the new fields are all added at the end of the last page of fields.
Could you please add a "New Field" button next to the "Edit field" button, which inserts a new field immediately following the currently selected field. This would save hours of time spent re-ordering fields.
