Email transform to suppress blank emails (5 replies)
I run into this issue all the time, and I agree that it would be very beneficial.
Perhaps a "Process email when no records" checkbox which is like the "Process when no data" checkbox.
Guys, it's a worthy addition which can make relatively easily, so we'll look to add it as part of one of the updates to V3.
Any luck with this request?
Hello? Was this done?

My data structure is Orders > Lines > Comments.
If I detect a duplicate order, I currently email out generating an email per Orders record. I want to just condense them all into one email. I can do this by leaving the box blank and unticking the box. However, this always generates an email, even if there were no duplicates going through the filter.
Is it possible to suppress so it only sends the email if there were actually some records? Ideally without having to create a hierarchy around my dataset and setting that in the generate box.
