Dane, it sounds like you are almost there.
I have put together a several screenshots which show the steps you would need to achieve this. The hierarchy transform does require a three level hierarchy. If the existing integration only hierarchises to a two level structure (header and detail), then you will require fairly extensive modification.

I am trying to change an existing integration that creates AP invoices and checks. There are some invoices that begin with the characters “EXT”, so I created a formula to extract those characters and put them in a field at the top (batch) level. I am trying to get them to go into a separate batch, so the selection will be Company, bank and the “EXT” field. The values are 1 and 0. Right now I can’t get them to separate – is there a way to do this?
