Brad, once you setup the hierarchy transform, the 'Transaction to Hierarchise' drop cannot be changed.

The reason is this field dramatically changes the IMan data structure.

You would need to add a new Hierarchy transform, and then you'll be able to change this.

This may/may not work with your existing transform logic. You may need to re-create the logic after the newly added hierarchy transform.
