thanks for such a prompt reply. unfortunately hermesworld is for the corporate account users and we are using myHermes which is for sme.

Carol, we've reviewed the API document and it's not 'presently' possible.

However, we're in the process of adding the functionality required (for another customer). We expect this to be ready by the start of August. 

You would also need to upgrade to version 4.0.

The item which I think we're probably missing is the ability to print the actual label. We would be able to generate the shipment, obtain the image from the Hermes service and then either drop it as a file or email it.

If this is something you would like to pursue I will open a support ticket so we can keep you updated to progress, and let you know when the (product) update is available.

yes i would like to progress it actually. if iman can obtain the label image and drop it in a folder, i can write a separate service to monitor the folder and print the image.
