For some reason I can't get the value for comm_secterr (Communication Security Territory) to map properly in the Sage CRM connector. I checked the XML and checked the Territory ID value and the values are correct. But when I insert the communication via the Iman Sage CRM connector, the communication record inherits the security territory value of the Sage CRM user defined in the CRM system connector rather than using the explicit value I provide in the connector mapping.
The preview looks correct within Iman but what is inserted to CRM is incorrect.
The XML appears to be mapping to the right field (Comm_secterr).
Advice on this please?
