Hi there,
Just checking to see what I need to fix here. I'm trying to establish a Sage CRM connector. I just set it up in "SETUP" but I can't seem to get it to work. When I open the connector transform, I get the following message:
Error whilst loading transform definition.
Error - This request operation sent to net.tcp://localhost:8997/MetaPresenter did not receive a reply within the configured timeout (00:00:30). The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout. This may be because the service is still processing the operation or because the service was unable to send a reply message. Please consider increasing the operation timeout (by casting the channel/proxy to IContextChannel and setting the OperationTimeout property) and ensure that the service is able to connect to the client.
I'm not sure how to adjust OperationTimeout or ICContextChannel. I also am suspicious of the Sage CRM version drop-down menu.The client is using 2020R2 but the selection list forces a choice between 70 and 72. I've tried both.
Or maybe there is an issue with the Connector licensing?
Or maybe I just have input the configuration info incorrectly. I was following what I saw in the sample Sage CRM connector.
Advice on this please?
