Sage CRM Person Connector: Insert not available (2 replies)

Person table should be enabled by default. Please confirm in CRM and try restarting the CRM Apache Tomcat service, please refer to the following link for further information

Thanks for the response but not sure we're getting each other. The issue was that I could access the Person entity, but I could only UPDATE, not Insert or Insert/Update. This was true for Address as well. But for Company, I have Update/Insert/Insert/Update options.
So far I have:
- Followed the steps in the guide and checked CRM configuration
- Run the scripts against the CRM database
- Restarted Apache Tomcat
- Refreshed Metadata
- Restarted IMAN Services & IIS application pool
- Deleted & re-added the connector
One thing that finally worked was changing the import type to "Company" where I have the Insert option. Then I was able to change the type back to "person" and it retained the Insert option.
Strange?
Why is the "Insert" or "Insert/Update" option not available? I'm trying to do a data migration and need to insert hundreds of Person records against Company records. I've restarted services and added a new connector and am getting the same results.
This is the same system I've worked on with Erica and yes we've followed all the setup steps within Sage CRM and run the necessary scripts on the CRM database that Realisable advises.
