You simply need to reinstall the services.

I've run into a similar problem as this post, but my case involves an upgrade of IMan from 4.1 to 4.26 (https://www.realisable.co.uk/issues-problems/setup-failed/)
We started the uninstall of 4.1 before running into the Windows issue. In our troubleshooting we found that the machine has pending Windows Updates, and started in on updating those. We found that this could take hours, and for the time being want to roll back to the previously-working version of IMan.
Unfortunately, IMan is left in a broken state. The settings from the Admin console have all been wiped out, and when trying to restart the app pool we get a Null Reference Exception, leaving us unable to start up IMan.
Are there steps to get IMan back into a working state? The IMan uninstaller stated that the uninstall had been rolled back, but it appears to have not rolled back correctly.
