I have a job which reads records from SalesForce using the SalesForce Reader.
We experience an exception when IMan attempts to read data, but an audit email is not sent even though the "Produce Audit Report" dropdown is set to "Only on a transform failure".
Note: It appears that the TaskScheduler is the module which throws the actual exception.
