This is an issue with Accpac, can you please run the regacc.exe program. This is located in the accpac shared directory, in your case (64bit) you'll find path in:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ACCPAC International, Inc.\ACCPAC\Configuration\SharedDataHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\ACCPAC International, Inc.\ACCPAC\Configuration\SharedData
One the program has finished please re-run the integration.

We had a client who is unable to use their Sage 300 connector for an OE import.
When run as a schedule the error "activeX component cannot create object” result code 429"
When run manually, I get the error "Error - Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {13898C04-C674-4B4E-B5C0-D78AF3E566CA} failed due to the following error: 80040154."
When researching error 80040154 I found a few articles which possible point towards platform targetting being the issue:
