I would suggest that there is a condition in the input data which is different from usual and is causing a divide by zero. Is the ReadAgreement transform a map? If so you would need to check all its calculations.

Could you please assist me to troubleshoot IMan sync error? Not sure why IMan sync stopped working suddenly and is regarding Agreement #10500 which had expired in year 2015. Confirm there is no changes in Sage300 (Accpac) or SageCRM or on Agreement #10500. Integration last work successfully on March 15, 2023.
