Hello,
One of our jobs is aborting with error:
"Error occurred whilst processing transform [PrintCommInvoice].
Error - Permission denied " while using the Sage 300 Connector to print and order confirmation.
I think we have narrowed it down to a conflict between 2 jobs running simultaneously.
I have observed on 3 separate occasions where:
Job ECHOAP_OEINV020 will print Sage 300 invoices to PDF and email them (once daily at 1pm, usually about 100 invoices at a time)
Job ECHOAP_ORD050 will print Sage 300 Order Confirmations to PDF and email them (every 10 minutes, usually around 5 at a time)
Attached is a query output of AUDITLOG showing the time of the conflict between these two jobs.
Occasionally, job ECHOAP_ORD050 will fail with the same error, even if job ECHOAP_OEINV020 is not running, but I have not established a pattern for which other job may be the cause. (It's possible that users are manually launching ECHOAP_OEINV020 - but I haven't analyzed AUDITLOG to confirm)
We recently upgraded from v2019 and v2022 of Sage 300.
We are running v5.1 of Iman w/ PU7
This did not happen in the former environment with v2019.
Are you aware of any limitations where multiple Iman Jobs cannot simultaneously run Sage Connector nodes that print Sage 300 Business Forms?
