Hi Mark,
Is there a malware or virus scanning software installed that could be interfering with Iman?
Hello, but folder exclusions for real-time scan have been put in place for
[servername]\Sage300\Programs\
[servername]\Sage300\\SharedData\
C:\Program Files (x86)\Realisable Software\
C:\IMan
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Sage
C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects
C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage Payment Solutions
C:\Program Files (x86)\TaiRox

Hi Mark,
Could there be any other process that is opening (in write mode) the integration files in c:IMan\Jobconf folder example text editor, at the same time as you are accessing the integrations in Design area?
Hi Erica,
I think you can close this issue. Mysteriously this problem has not been happening the last few days. To my knowledge, nothing has changed. If the issue returns, I'll come back here and comment again.
thank you.
I am receiving the message "The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open." when trying to Save a job. This is happening on multiple jobs.
If I reboot the server, I can save the same job that had been erroring. But the error eventually returns on other jobs, but not every job I try to save. I don't recognize a pattern. I'm updating several jobs to use a different file path for outputs.
We are running v5.1 PU 7
Any thoughts?
