Hello,
My job uses the Technisoft Service Manager copy document function. It is successfully creating jobs in Service Manager, but I'm getting the following error results and the transform failure is causing the job to stop. My source data is creating 3 jobs at a time.
Attached are the audit results and Sage Connector mappings. Any advice?
(If you happen to have some sample jobs for both the Copy Document and update Document functions, that would be helpful to follow.)
