After the latest Shopify DLL update, we're having big problems with random orders not downloading. To fix, every so often we reset the last date/time back a day and run the schedules. It's how I start my morning and finish my day. 😉
I didn't make any changes to the filters as part of the update. Since then, I've experimented with different schedule times, fulfillment status, and order status, but nothing fixes it. Fulfillment and order statuses are now both set to "Any" on all jobs.
We have three Shopify sites. Each has two download jobs, one for orders with shipping, and one for orders without shipping, and 1 fulfillment upload job. So, 9 jobs in total are running all day. I assume they're not interfering with each other since they have separate rows in JOBDETAIL.LASTRUNDATE.
Can you give me any clues or settings to look for?
