Adam, if you have a backup of the IMan database, I recommend that you restore it.
Before the upgrade the database, you trim the AUDITLOG database by removing old rows.
Then run the update.
Hi, Thanks, i'll give that a try. In terms of registering the software on the test server, will we have any issues when registering it to the production? Can we just deactivate the test one?

Hi, hope you guys can help
We are running the iman upgrade but want to run it on a test server first to run into any potential issues. Will it cause any issues if we license the test server first? It's an exact copy of the server we are installing it on, just a restored backup of it.
Also when running the update we are getting errors of duplicate columns, any way to get around this before we start from scratch?
