Magento Store Gift Card Sale - Order Won't Post To Sage 300 (3 replies)
Sue, we're creating a support ticket for this.
James Hutchison (Realisable Software Support) 28 Oct, 13:27 WEST Sue, how old is the Magento connector? I think we ran into this issue about 6 months and it was fixed thereafter. Thanks! (Sue's response) probably a bit older than 6 months. Is there any easy way for me to update their Magento connector? Or a link to how to update it? They are currently on Iman v3 with Sage 300 2012... |

One of my clients is testing the sale of Gift Cards in their Magento store. When I try to use my existing Iman job to pull all orders with a status of processing so I can post the orders to Sage 300, the gift card order blows up the job. The error message from the Magento Reader step is: response contains array value where struct expected [response: struct mapped to type orderinfo : member shipping_address mapped to type OrderAddress]
I'm assuming the reason for this error message is that the order on Magento doesn't have any shipping information - since there is no shipment for a gift card. I'm guessing I would need to build a separate Iman job to process the gift card orders - maybe have Magento use a different status for these orders (other than "processing"), but I'm not sure how to get around the Magento Reader error. Help?
(See attached screen shots of the error and the gift card order compared to other regular orders on the magento store...)
