Alison, if ALL they are doing is moving hosting providers (and everything else remains the same) you just need to check the System Connector (Setup, System Connectors) entry is pointing to the correct server. Typically the Connection String should be set use the name (as opposed to IP), which there shouldn't be any change required.

I would recommend you do some testing to ensure it's all working prior to DNS records being changed.

If they are doing more than simply changing the hosting, then please respond and we will give guidance.
