Lorenzo, the error is coming from the RetrieveOrder transform which is when IMan is connecting to your Magento server.
The error means the web server is responding, but the Magento site is not available. If it's temporary could be any number things which may be causing your Magento site to become unavailable....backups, or any cron type affecting the Magento site...if you are using load balancing it could be a switching thing.

I’m Curious as to what this error means. I only received one of these today at 2:40a.m. est but on the weekend I’ve experienced over 40 of these errors. Please let me know if this is a Local Server problem or an iman problem.
