Shopify Connector getting remote server 404 errors (1 reply)
Never mind. The client had told me "all of them stopped working". No, it was only one of them. The problem was his customer service reps had been deleting the original SKU downloaded from Shopify, and adding either a new SKU, or splitting the quantities into two new lines. When they added the lines, they didn't copy over the Shopify integration ID which is stored in the Sage detail line optional field INTID. When INTID is zero, we get a 404 error, of course.
I have three jobs that upload tracking numbers from Sage 300 to three Shopify sites. I thought were running fine and haven't look at them in many months, until
the client reported today that none of them are working. Screenshot attached. I'm not sure where to begin to debug this. The jobs haven't been changed in over a year.
