One of my clients had an order on their Shopify website where the payment was not processed until 48 hours after the order was placed. As a result, our iman Shopify order "read" job, didn't see the order at all. (Since the last run date tells the job to pull future orders and approximately 20 hours in the past.)
My first question is: what date field on the Shopify order are you using to compare to the Last Run Date to determine which orders to pull?
Second, is there a way to automatically have it pull 48 hours or more all the time? (I'm not sure we need this, since the issue only occurred once, but it's worth the ask.)
