A while back, I implemented the Shopify connector for a client and could only get it to properly read the Shopify order by setting a whole bunch of fields to false - discounts, taxes, notes and shipping fields in the header. At the time, it was fine because UPS Ground was the only shipping option they offered.
But they have a huge order launch late this week and they are offering the Shopify customers the option on how to ship. They have turned on the shipping options in shopify. But when I try to read the orders and turn on even just the shipping code1 or shipping carrier method1, I still get an error in the reader.
I’m including snapshots of the error message that I get from the Shopify connector when I turn on any of these fields. I’ve also included a csv export of the fields that I am able to leave set to true – any field NOT included in this csv file is currently set to false in the reader because it errors.
I’m also including a screenshot of an order in shopify showing the ship via information.
This issue is urgent – I’m expecting more than 20,000 orders within the first day of the order launch, and currently I don’t have any way to tell which orders ship UPS Ground versus US Postal Service, for example. Thanks!
Note: I’m also having real difficulty getting the “Orders placed in the last…” field on the reader screen to work. Whether I enter “1d” or “10m” I get the same 7 orders which were placed over a 6 hour time frame.
