A customer an order in Sage 200 2016 where all the lines except one have been fully allocated. The one remaining line has an allocated quantity of 0. Each morning, a file of orders/order lines is received from the warehouse for despatching in Sage. I have set up an automated IMan job to process the file and use the 200 connector to despatch the orders.
This morning, the connector wouldn't despatch any of the order lines because of the one line having an allocated quantity of 0. Is there any way that the order lines that can be despatched are despatched by the connector?
