Mark, this error isn't the most descriptive, but is usually found where either a SOP Setting or SOP User Permission hasn't been enabled.

If you open \IMan\Debug\Errors.txt (assuming the Action on Error is set to Abort) you may be able to find the underlying cause.

We recently had this error where the 'Ammend Nominal Code' wasn't enabled on SOP Settings.

We found this by opening errors.txt and we could see the error being raised when the nominal code was being set.
