David, yes it is.
What you need to do is:
a. On the header map the Order Return No & Customer fields.
b. On the detail set the either the Item Number or SOP Order Return Line fields. These determine which line to update. See the below references:

c. Set the quantity.

Please can you advise me if it is possible to part-despatch an order/order line in Sage 200 using iMan?
For example, an order line may have 10 units of stock item A and gets sent to a third party system for despatch. The third party system sends back a despatch notification csv advising that only 5 units of stock item A have been despatched. iMan would then have to update Sage 200 with the 5 units of stock item A that have been despatched.
