How do I create a payment with order?

Dan, here are the steps to enable Payment With Order.

In a Map transform, create a field and set its value to 'True'.
On the Sage connector, map the field created in step 1, to the "Payment With Order" (red box) field (see attached screenshot).
You can then set the other Payment fields (blue box) accordingly.
