Hi Raoul, there are a couple of causes for this:

1. Are you running IMan under a user account which has access to Sage? See the following:

2. If you can run the integration from the scheduler you may receive a more informative error in Errors.txt. You may see an exception something along the lines of:

   System.Exception: Unable to find the identity provider.
   

   This inner exception is raised when the user you have IMan set to run under has NOT logged into Sage on the server you have IMan installed. To rectify, simply open & logon to Sage with the Windows user, then restart the Realisable services.
