Error 1144 in Sage 300 Order Import (1 reply)
It's likely that you have an invalid item code. If the Auditing/LogKeys are setup you will see which order/item this refers. I recommend that you review the following user article and the Sage300 training guide has an actual example.

We have a Sales Order import job that runs every minute. Using IMan 4.1, Magento Sales Orders are imported into Sage 300 almost immediately after being placed in Magento. Last night the import suddenly started failing -- one minute they were importing fine, and the next minute they started failing and continue to fail. The error message returned to the Sage300 connector is “1144 – Order Detail Attempt to change read-only field ‘Optional Fields’.”
Do you have any idea what is causing that, and how to fix it?
