There could be a few causes.
- Are there any 3rd party modules subclassing views?
- Possible SQL connection drop outs, backups being run, network issues.
- Other server 'jitters' as you've mentioned.
Unfortunately there's not a lot we can do. The underlying issues need to be addressed.
Are these happening mid processing? I.e. 3 Shipments processed and then the error, or immediately when creating Shipments.
Can you identify anything on the server (IMan or SQL) happening at the time?
I don't think an update to IMan will solve anything.
We have a customer whom is getting an increasing number of Iman message like below, any ideas what would cause these I’m guessing their server has too much to do, but wanted to check with you first, (would an up to date version help?)
