Randy, this is not possible.
If this is a permanent issue it would possible mean a security issue to the shared data.
If intermittent, it means that Sage300 licensing you need to review what is taking your license.

I am currencly unable to step into the IMan Sage 300 connector because of the error "You have reached the maximum number of concurrent users for your LanPak license."
This seems incorrect because I can still log into Sage successfully. When I go to the license page in IMan it says that there are still a few free LanPak license slots.
