IMan unable to log into Sage 300 (1 reply)
Randy, it could be a number of things.
I would review the Sage300 install and the IMan security, as it's likely the IMan user does not have read/write access to the Sage300 Shared Data or the Shared Data is located on a remote server.
When attempting to open a Sage 300 connector, I get the error "You must supply the correct User ID, Password and Database ID to open a session."
I then open the Sage 300 UI, copy the credentials out of IMan, and they work when attempting to log in.
