The customer has a price margin warning if the margin falls below a set level within Sage 300.
When they manually enter orders, they just click 'OK' on the warning and proceed to enter the order.
When Iman hits that warning, it fails to properly import the order and does not throw an exception. It shows the order imported, but with that blank/default order number instead of a real one. The order is not imported into Sage.
The Audit log shows these two lines for each order that gets stuck this way:
10/31/2022 12:14:54 PM
ImportOrder
11022
146002165
0 - Lines is expected to be between 1 and 15000.
10/31/2022 12:14:58 PM
ImportOrder
11022
0 - Currently the sales margin is too low. Unit price should be greater than 48.53 per EA.
Currently, the workaround is to put the order on HOLD on the website and they manually enter the order.
Is there a way to make Iman ignore this warning and import the order correctly?
Here is what they set within Sage 300:
