Thanks for the reply. When checking my Iman version, it's the number displayed in the bottom of the Setup tab correct? And is 5.6 the only version compatible with 2024? I was hoping to stumble across a version X supports Y type of chart.

Hello fellow users/experts,
Is there somewhere I can see which versions of Iman work with which versions of Sage 300? I have a client who upgraded their Sage Version and now they are having problems.
I could not find a sage version compatibility on the website. If it can work with the latest Sage Version, do any of you know why Iman Sage Connector would think it has a wrong signon ID or Password when it appears to have been input correctly?
