Unable to Add Freight to shipment (6 replies)
Job's XML file, zipped
Mark, if you're mapping a value to the Shipment Number field, I am assuming the Shipment Number exists.
I would try un-mapping the Line Number & Detail Match Method field. This should trigger a new line being added.
(What I think is happening is that you have a value in the LineNumber field and this is forcing IMan to search for an existing line).
Thank you for the guidance.
I've unmapped the Line Number and Detail Match Method fields. With Update Operation set to either Update or Insert/Update, I still get the "Subscript out of range" error. With Update Operation set to Insert, I don't get the error, but nothing happens on the Sage side.
So unfortunately, no improvement with this change.
Hi Nick or James,
Any chance we could collaborate on this one? I've run out of ideas to try.
Thanks,
Mark
Hi Mark, let's connect today to see if we can get this resolved.
Hello,
I'm receiving a "Subscript out of range" message while trying to insert a misc. charge line to a shipment, but not produce an invoice. I noticed Arline's post here that I should also include the order number to avoid this problem, but that didn't help.
I have tried Insert, Update and Insert/Update modes. I do not get the message on Insert mode, but still, nothing happens in Sage.
I've attached the Debug files and the Job's XML. Nothing is writing to the Errors.txt file in this case.
Appreciate any guidance.
