After switching to SSL, my CRM connector fails. (1 reply)
Arline, we'd need to provide you with a patch to enable this.

Hi all, Just looking for some advice on a Sage CRM Connector.
We recently added an SSL certificate for the Sage CRM site so the new URL uses https. However, we also set up a redirect so if a user attempts to access the site via http, it will be redirected to https. This is working fine for users but is causing issues with my IMAN Sage CRM connector.
I changed the connection string in the System Connector to use https instead of http, and immediately I saw these errors in my audit log:
The data import incurred an unrecoverable error and is quitting. [The provided URI scheme 'https' is invalid; expected 'http'.
Parameter name: via]
I've tried changing it back to http, thinking perhaps it would be redirected, but that didn't work. I've restarted services and refreshed metadata. I wish I could just test the string from within the system connector set up but I can't seem to even test without opening an integration and trying to manually run a Sage CRM connector node.
I've been referring to the documentation here: https://www.realisable.co.uk/support/documentation/sage-CRM-user/IManSetup.htm
Suggestions?
