Michael, do you know if this is a CRM instance which has been upgraded from 7.1 and below to 7.2 or above?
Yes, they are on CRM 7.2 and have been upgraded.
They did apply product update 4 for Sage 2014, and I wonder if they did not reinstall the Sage CRM synchronization component.
Michael, there's an issue with the 'enable' script for upgraded instances of CRM.
We're working on a new script, it will be ready in the week commencing 4th January.

I am receiving the message "error whilst retrieving SageCRM SData request" when trying to use a SageCRM Connector. The reader is also not working as no Top Level Entities are available from the dropdown.
The setup has been followed in the Sage CRM User Guide. We are using the admin CRM User for the connector setup and we are not receiving any connection errors with the user. We have also confirmed that the CRM options are set for the admin user, web services, and that we do have entities available to SData.
What can be reviewed next?
