Map to Sage CRM - Email address mapping is failing but no errors as to why? (5 replies)
Arline, we will look at this.
We were testing CRM as part of the 3.2 release and am pretty sure everything was ok (and there were no changes from previous version).

Your mapping should look like the below if you are using version 7.2 and above.

Thanks so much. I'm on version 7.3 and the issue was the mapping. I switched it to Email-Business-Email address and it worked. The mapping that did not work was the option in the Sage CRM selection list called "Business Email".

Just curious here. In my Sage CRM transform, I see a value for pers_emailaddress, and it appears to be mapped correctly, but the email address does not show up against the person in CRM. I can't understand why as it does not fail. Any advice on troubleshooting this? Here's the transform:
