Resolving security (?) errors? "Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host." (4 replies)
Hmmm...this sounds odd.
Do you have a screenshot of the audit report?
Edit: Have re-read the issue....how frequently is this occurring?
Thanks
Yes, it's a little weird. It happened several times the week of Sept 5-9.
Has not happened since then. So although this is not a deal breaker it would be good to try and understand the root cause if you had any thoughts! Here is one of the screenshots that I saw twice in the audit email:
Arline, could there have been an issue with logons on the CRM server?
Closed due to inactivity.
Greetings all,
I have an IMAN job that had been running successfully for a few months and just now I've noticed the below message in the audit log. But I'm not totally sure how to resolve the errors. The job reads in a CSV file of data, transforms it, and imports that to Sage CRM.
I think this could be happening during the CSV import part of the job. IMAN is on one server, and the first step is to read in a CSV file from another server. Does this error mean the security rights have changed between the servers? Thanks for helping me understand this one.
First Error:
Error - Description: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
Second error:
The SageCRM data import incurred an unrecoverable error and is quitting. [You are not logged on.]
Error occurred whilst processing transform [IMPORT].
You are not logged on.
Just not sure what it is referring to, because this job used to run. I double checked the IMAN credentials in CRM and those are working. Where is it not logged on? Maybe this is obvious but it is just not clear to me at the moment. Thank you guys for all your advice!
