Sage CRM Connector: No "Communication" Entity available (3 replies)

Yep, that's the page I linked to in my original post. Just hesitating to run the scripts against the production CRM database - that's the only piece from the article that I did not do yet. I wanted to see if that was the only other option you'd recommend.
Is this a fresh install?
You need to run the scripts as they add key data which is missing from a vanilla CRM install.
Any tips on what I need to do in order to see the Communication entity in the Sage CRM connector?
I see Comm_Link but not Communication.
I checked the troubleshooting tips here and did everything except run the scripts.
Are the scripts what you'd recommend to fix the problem?
Sage CRM version: Sage CRM 2020 R2
(Assuming the script to run is: SageCRMMetaDataUpdate72UpgradeFrom71.sql ? )
