Question on an automated CSV import job to Sage CRM. IMAN's automated import/update job is failing when it encounters a Person Last Name field with a "/" in the field. For example a person named Janice Briggs/Johnson. I realize that the value "Briggs/Johnson" is not great as it probably is not one person's last name. But the point is more: if CRM allows it, why won't IMAN allow it?
EG CRM does allow me to create a new person with the "/" character in the last name field.
Is there a way to handle this that you can think of?
Thanks in advance.
