When Changing System Connector from Test to Live, getting "Not a Valid Import" (3 replies)
Are you updating the connection strings or are you changing the job's settings to use a different connector that points to your live database? If it is the former then maybe try recycling the application pool and restart the IMan services. And make sure that there are no IMan jobs in memory (IntManEng.exe).
So the Realisable team contacted me and the issue has to do with SQL scripts that have to be run on the CRM database to update the output schema. There are 2 scripts- one updates fields from nchar to nvarchar. Another one is a Realisable custom script that fixes up fields that have issues related to upgrading the database from CRM 7.1 to CRM 7.3 They are letting me know that this will be documented soon as a fix.
Thanks Django. I did recycle the IMAN Application pool & restart services but that is a good call too. I was just changing the job settings to use a new connector.

Argh, I am so close- what is up with my IMAN job? I have finished testing with a connection to the test CRM system, and now I am updating my connectors to point to the production CRM system. However, when I do this, upon refresh, IMAN throws the error:
"ImportId [person] is not a valid import for this company CRMWEB02"
WEB04 is test, and WEB02 is live. I have tested & checked my system connector, database connector, and lookups to make sure they are pointing to WEB02 (live). What is behind this message? How can a person import be invalid? I need help please.
