It is possible to enable a verbose log of all requests are responses to X3. The trace information is <IMan Shared Data>\IMan\config\SageX3.log.

The resulting output is verbose and the log file likely to grow rapidly. Only turn the trace on error messages are not informative.

  1. Open in notepad or a text editor <IMan Shared Data>\IMan\config\appconfig.xml
  2. Find the SAGEX3TRC entry and change the value attribute to either True or False.
