Order Download

The order download retrieves orders from Shopify for processing into your ERP/Accounting/Order processing package.

When not working in the designer IMan maintains the last successful retrieve time, which it then uses as a filter (order create date/time) in the query to Shopify.

Parameters

Fulfilment Status

The fulfilment status of orders to be retrieved:

• unshipped
  • Will download any orders with no shipped quantities. This is the default value.
• shipped
  • Any orders which are fully shipped.
• partial
  • Any partially shipped orders.
• any
  • All orders regardless of status.

Timespan

When working in the designer this specifies which range of orders to download.

This parameter is ignored when an integration is scheduled and instead the order create date/time is used (see above).
