Scheduling

IMan allows you to run integrations either on an adhoc or one-off basis or on a recurring frequency.

Select the Schedule tab from the main menu at the top of the screen.

Select either the integration you wish to schedule or run.

To create a new schedule (or to run an integration once), double click the empty row at the top of the grid.

Running an Integration on an adhoc basis

To run an integration on an adhoc or an one-off basis simply leave the frequency set to Now and press the Green Tick at the bottom of the screen. The form will return to the grid and in a few seconds the integration will start processing and the results shown in the right hand side.

Setting up a Recurring Schedule

To setup a recurring schedule change the Frequency drop down from Now to the desired frequency. It is recommended a description is also entered so the schedule can be easily identified if it needs editing.

The Start Date/Time field controls the date & time the schedule is first fired, where each subsequent firing of a schedule are based.

For example to setup a Daily schedule which runs at 7AM each day, the date part of the Start Date/Time will determine the first day which the schedule is fired, and the Time part would be set to 7AM.

To set a monthly schedule to run @ 9:30PM on the second day of each month, one would set the Date Part to the 2nd day of the current month and the Time part to 9:30PM.

Press the Green Tick at the bottom of the form to save the changes.
