Ship All and Invoice

• Create a shipment using IMan.
• Map both the ‘Perform Ship All’ and ‘Create Invoice from Shipment’ fields, where the field values are both set to ‘True’.

The reason for setting the fields to true is due to their field type with Sage300. The Accpac Object Model (AOM) for the Shipments view (OE0692) defines both fields as Boolean.

Note: Not all fields presented in the field list drop downs are part of the views and therefore cannot be found in the AOM.

These are fields which have been added by IMan to either make it easier to perform certain functionality or to add missing functionality, where each of these fields are documented in the Sage300 User Manual for IMan (Start, Programs, Realisable IMan, Docs & Training).
