Lookups

A lookup is used to retrieve specified data from a data source. The lookup function used is an SQL query that can query an internal table within the IMan database or any external ODBC or OleDB compliant database.

This query can be parametrised and utilised for simply confirming that a record exists, finding key data within an external database, and even merging small datasets.
